Our 5V High Power Supply Mini Board is designed for applications requiring a large current supply at a stable +5V. This unit is capable of delivering up to 3A and utilizes a very efficient switching regulator, the LM2576, to provide a very stable +5V over a wide range of current loads.
This board is suitable for dc input voltages from 9 to 35V dc with solid pcb terminals fitted, for reliable input and output connections. The LM2576 regulator is mounted on a heavy duty heatsink with excellent heat dissipation, ensuring a long life. The board also incorporates a high current low-loss inductor mounted on a heavy duty printed circuit board. A power on LED is also provided for indication.
Our 5V High Power Supply Mini Board is the ideal solution for providing a highly efficient +5V supply for applications requiring a large amount of current at a very stable voltage. The unit can be used with our development boards, mini boards or in a control system.
