PIC12F683 8-Pin 2kB Microcontroller Datasheet

The Microchip PIC12F683 Microcontroller is a miniature 8-pin 8-bit PIC Microcontroller with 2kB of Flash Program Memory and a Four Channel 10-bit Accuracy A/D Converter. The PIC12F683 also features an analog comparator with programmable voltage reference. The microcontroller has a total of 6 I/O pins with direction control and are suitable for driving LEDs directly. The PIC12F683 microcontroller is ideal for small sensor applications and remote monitoring points.
