Description
The TC1427 is a dual high-speed MOSFET driver,
capable of supplying up to 1.2A peak current. The TC1427 has
two non-inverted output pins and the inputs can be driven directly
by TTL or CMOS signals.
The devices are highly resistant to transients and
have a maximum rise and fall time of 60ns.
