Description
The RE46C105 is a Microchip piezoelectric horn driver
which includes a voltage regulator, in a 14-pin DIP package.
The RE46C105 also includes an open drain NMOS driver which can be
used to drive a LED. The RE46C105 is intended for 9V battery applications
requiring a 3.3V or 5V logic supply and can be used in Smoke Detectors,
CO Detectors and Electronic Toys.
