Product Details
The MAX703 is a microprocessor monitor for monitoring the
system voltage of a microprocessor system.
The MAX703 will provide a RESET signal when the voltage falls below 4.65V, the
RESET signal is held for at least 200ms when the voltage returns to the
correct operating voltage. The device will also provide back-up switching for
a CMOS RAM. A power-fail warning output pin is also available for
low battery detection or for monitoring a power supply other than +5.
Features
- Battery-Backup Power Switching
