Product Details
The MAX627 is a dual non-inverting power MOSFET driver
for translating TTL inputs to high voltage/current outputs.
The delay times for the IC are nearly independent of the supply voltage.
The high current output drivers of the MAX627, can rapidly charge and discharge the
gate capacitance of the MOSFETs to ensure fast operation.

- Fast Rise and Fall Times: Typically 20ns with 1000pF Load
- Wide Supply Range - 4.5 to 18 Volts
- Low Power Consumption
