The MAX187 is a 12-bit analog to digital converter with
fast track/hold, high conversion speed, low power consumption and a high-speed serial interface.
The converter operates from a single +5V power supply with power consumption of only 7.5mW and in
shutdown mode, only 10µW.
The MAX187 includes an internal 4.096V voltage reference.
