Description
The 74LS01 contains four independent
2-Input NAND Gates with Open Collector Outputs in a 14-pin DIP IC Package.
Each gate of the 74LS01 performs the boolean operation of
Y = A • B,
using positive logic. When all inputs to the gate are HIGH, the output will be a LOW.
If any of the inputs are LOW, the output will be HIGH.
The 74LS01 is a low power schottky device and operates at standard TTL input levels.
