Description
The 74LS00 contains four independent
2-Input NAND Gates in a 14-pin IC.
Each gate of the 74LS00 performs the boolean operation of
Y = A • B,
using positive logic. When all inputs to the gate are HIGH (1), the output will be a LOW (0). If any
of the inputs are LOW (0), the output will be HIGH (1).
The 74LS00 is a low power schottky device and operates at standard TTL input levels.
