Description
The 74HC75 contains two independent 2-bit bistable transparent latches.
Each of the 2-bit latches are controlled by separate Enable inputs. When the
Enable input is HIGH, data enters the latch and appears at the Q output. When the
Enable input is LOW, data is not passed through to the latch.
