Description
The TC4422 is a single high-speed MOSFET driver,
capable of supplying up to 9A peak current. The TC4422 has
non-inverted output pins and the inputs can be driven directly
by TTL or CMOS signals.
The devices are highly resistant to transients and
have a maximum rise and fall time of 120ns.
