Description
The TC4421 is a single high-speed MOSFET driver,
capable of supplying up to 9A peak current. The TC4422 has
inverted output pins and the inputs can be driven directly
by TTL or CMOS signals.
The devices are highly resistant to transients and
have a maximum rise and fall time of 120ns.
