Description
The TC1426 is a dual high-speed MOSFET driver,
capable of supplying up to 1.2A peak current. The TC1426 has
two inverted output pins and the inputs can be driven directly
by TTL or CMOS signals.
The devices are highly resistant to transients and
have a maximum rise and fall time of 60ns.
