The MCP9700A is a low cost, high-accuracy temperature sensor for
converting temperature to an analog voltage output.
The MCP9700A TO-92 version, has an accuracy of ±2% and a temperature range of
-40°C to 125°C. The device has a low operating current and
is suitable for a wide range of embedded temperature sensing applications.
