Product Details
The MAX7219 is a 7-segment 8-Digit LED Driver
which can be connected to a microprocessor or microcontroller
for serial control and data transfer. The MAX7219 includes a
BCD code-B decoder, multiplex scan circuitry, segment and digit drivers, and
an 8x8 static RAM that stores each digit.
The MAX7219 has a 4-wire serial interface and individual digits may be addressed
without rewriting the entire display.
