Photograph
Product Details
The MAX667 is a low-dropout +5V linear voltage regulator
able to supply up to 250mA output current. The output voltage can
also be adjusted by the addition of two external resistors.
The MAX667 includes a low voltage detector and shutdown control.
In shutdown mode, the Quiescent current is only 0.2µA.
