Product Details
The MAX662 is a charge-pump DC-DC Converter delivering a regulated 12V,
30mA output. The output provides the necessary voltage to program byte-wide flash memories.
The MAX662 requires only 4 external capacitors and an inductor is not required.
The device has an operating current of only 185µA and includes a shutdown pin, to
reduce the current consumption to 0.5µA.
