Product Details

The MAX641 is a low-power, step-up dc-dc converter supplying a regulated 5V output. The MAX641 has an input voltage of 3V and only requires an external filter capaitor and inductor for operation. The device has a typical operating efficiency of 80% and includes low-battery detection on chip.
