Product Details
The MAX637 is a fixed output -15V, inverting DC-DC converter
with high efficiency and low operating current.
The MAX637 only requires 3 external components, a diode, capacitor and an inductor
for basic inverting operation. Low battery detection is included on the chip.
The operating current is only typically 80µA.
