The MAX634 is an efficient CMOS DC-DC Inverting Regulator.
The MAX634 can convert a positive input voltage in the range of
+3V to 16.5V to a negative output voltage up to 20V.
All the necessary power and control functions are included
on the chip and only a few external components are required.
The device has a low operating current of typically 100µA.
