The Maxim Integrated MAX630 CMOS DC-DC step-up regulator is
a highly efficient, minimum size DC-DC converter for supplying power in the 5mW to 5W range.
The MAX630 is a complete control and power solution for regulator functions,
including a 1.31V bandgap reference, oscillator, comparator and N-channel output MOSFET.
The operating current in only 70µA and the IC also includes a shutdown mode
with current consumption less than 1µA.
