MAX338 8-Channel CMOS Analog Multiplexer Datasheet

The MAX338 is a 8-channel CMOS analog multiplexer, The device connects one of eight inputs to a common output by control of a TTL compatible, 3-bit binary address. The MAX338 can be used as either a multiplexer or demultiplexer and the device conducts current equally well in both directions. The ON-resistance is less than 400 ohms and the MAX338 has exteremly low off leakages. The device can operate from a single or dual power supply.
