MAX333 Quad SPDT Analog Switches Datasheet

Product Details
The MAX333 is an independently controlled quad single pole
doube throw (SPDT) analog switch. Each switch can be independently operated
with bipolar power supplies from ±5V to ±18V or single supplies from
+10V to +30V.
The MAX333 logic inputs are TTL and CMOS compatible and the switching operation
is break-before-make with a maximum turn-off time of 500ns.
