Product Details

The MAX333 is an independently controlled quad single pole doube throw (SPDT) analog switch. Each switch can be independently operated with bipolar power supplies from ±5V to ±18V or single supplies from +10V to +30V. The MAX333 logic inputs are TTL and CMOS compatible and the switching operation is break-before-make with a maximum turn-off time of 500ns.
