Product Details

The MAX303 is a dual, high-speed analog switch. The IC contains two single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches with matching low on resistance. The switches also have low leakage currents and fast switching times. The MAX303 operates from either a single positive supply or a dual power source, with TTL/CMOS logic input compatibility.
