The MAX234 is a Multichannel RS232 Driver, which
operates from a single +5V supply and includes an integrated charge pump
for operation at RS-232 voltage levels.
The MAX234 includes four RS-232 drivers
and is suitable for data rates up to 120kbits/second.
The unit requires only 4 external capacitors for operation.
