Product Details

The MAX191 is a 12-bit analog to digital converter with differential inputs, fast track/hold, high conversion speed and a high-speed serial or parallel interface. The MAX191 has a 100ksps sampling rate, with an acquisition time of 2µs. The converter operates from a single +5V power supply or dual ±5V power supplies with power down mode which reduces the supply to current to just 50µA.
