Product Details

The MAX172 is a high speed, 12-bit analog to digital converter with a conversion time of 10µs. The converter operates from a single +5V power supply. The MAX172 also includes an on-chip voltage reference and clock circuitry, the clock can be driver from an external source or crystal. The data output can be connected directly to a microprocessor bus and the data outputs are controlled by Read and Chip Select inputs on the MAX172.
