Product Details

The MAX152 is a high speed, 8-bit analog to digital converter with a conversion time of 1.8µs. The converter operates from a single +3V power supply or dual ±3V supplies. The converter accepts either unipolar or bipolar inputs. The MAX152 also includes a POWERDOWN pin, to reduce the power consumption to just 1µA, the power-up time is less than 900ns. The data output can connect to a microprocessor data bus or connect directly to the microprocessor input port.
