MAX1044 Switched Capacitor Voltage Convertors Datasheet

The MAX1044 is a CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converter that can invert, double, divide or multiply a positive input voltage. The devices operate from 1.5V to 10V with no external diode required and can supply up to 10mA. The MAX1044 also includes a BOOST pin that raises the oscillator frequency and reduces the size of the external capacitors.
