Standard 27C128 128kB EPROM IC, as produced
by National Semiconductor, STMicroelectonics and AMD.
Commonly used in vehicle management systems and
microprocessor systems. This IC includes a UV erasable
window for erasing the memory and re-programming the EPROM.
The production of these parts have been discontinued for
a number of years and only limited stocks are available.
