TIP35C NPN High Power Transistor

Description

The TIP35C Transistor is a NPN high power transistor used in audio amplifier and power switching applications. The TIP35C NPN Transistor is housed in a heavy-duty, through-hole TO-247 package. The transistor can be mounted directly to a large aluminium heatsink to improve the heat dissipation. The transistor has a power rating of 125W, with a maximum collector current of 25A. The TIP36C PNP Transistor is the complement for the TIP35C NPN Transistor. The TIP35C and TIP36C transistors are ideal for output stages on a high power audio amplifier.
