Description
The TIP147 Transistor is a
high gain Darlington PNP medium power transistor used in amplifiers and low speed switching circuits.
This transistor has internal base-emitter resistors for improving the switching speeds.
The TIP147 Transistor is housed in a standard through-hole TO-220 package and can
easily be fixed to a large aluminium heatsink, this is recommended for using the device
near the maximum power rating.
The transistor has a high power rating of 125W, with a maximum collector current of 10A.
The TIP142 NPN Transistor is the complement for the TIP147 PNP Transistor.
