The BD238 Transistor is a
PNP medium power transistor used in audio amplifier circuits.
The BD238 is housed in a standard through-hole TO-126
plastic package. The BD238 transistor has a higher Vceo of 80V when compared
with the BD234 and BD236. The transistor has a power
rating of 25W, with a maximum collector current of 2A.
The BD238 PNP Transistor is a complementary pair to the BD237 NPN Transistor.
