Description
The BD237 Transistor is a
NPN medium power transistor used in audio amplifiers and speaker driving circuits.
The BD237 is housed in a standard through-hole TO-126
plastic package. The BD237 transistor has a higher Vceo of 80V when compared
with the BD233 and BD235. The transistor has a power
rating of 25W, with a maximum collector current of 2A.
The BD237 NPN Transistor is a complementary pair to the BD238 PNP Transistor.
