Description
The BD236 Transistor is a
PNP medium power transistor used in audio amplifier circuits.
The BD236 is housed in a standard through-hole TO-126
plastic package. A lightweight aluminium heatsink can be fitted
to the transistor if required. The transistor has a power
rating of 25W, with a maximum collector current of 2A.
The BD236 PNP Transistor is a complementary pair to the BD235 NPN Transistor.
