Description
The BD233 Transistor is a
NPN medium power transistor used in audio amplifiers and speaker driving circuits.
The BD233 is housed in a standard through-hole TO-126
plastic package. A lightweight aluminium heatsink can be fitted
to the transistor if required. The transistor has a power
rating of 25W, with a maximum collector current of 2A.
The BD233 NPN Transistor is a complementary pair to the BD234 PNP Transistor.
