Description
The BD175 Transistor is a
NPN medium power transistor used in voltage regulator and power switching circuits.
The BD175 NPN Transistor is housed in a standard through-hole TO-126
plastic package. A lightweight aluminium heatsink can be fitted
to the transistor if required. The transistor has a power
rating of 30W, with a maximum collector current of 3A.
The BD175 Transistor is a complementary pair to the BD176 PNP Transistor.
