Description
The BD136 Transistor is a
PNP medium power transistor used in small amplifier and speaker driver circuits.
The BD136 PNP Transistor is housed in a standard through-hole TO-126
plastic package. A lightweight aluminium heatsink can be fitted
to the transistor if required. The transistor has a power
rating of 1.25W, with a maximum collector current of 1.5A.
The BD136 PNP Transistor is ideal for small amplifiers and complements
the BD135 NPN Transistor.
