Description
The 2SA1494 Transistor is a
high power PNP transistor used in amplifiers and power supply
switching circuits.
The 2SA1494 Transistor is a PNP transistor housed in a
heavy duty, through-hole TO-247 package.
An aluminium heatsink can be fitted to the transistor to improve
heat dissipation and reduce the operating temperature.
The transistor has a power rating of 200W,
with a maximum collector current of 17A.
The 2SA1494 PNP Transistor is a complement for the
2SC3858 NPN Power Transistor.
