Compass Module - HDPM01

Just arrived this great new sensor which is ideal for robots and GPS units. This compact inexpensive sensor incorporates a pressure and compass module into a single unit. Temperature and pressure information is available with a high degree of accuracy, this information can be transferred to any microcontroller with a standard I²C interface.

The compass module also includes a dual-axis magnetic sensor, which can provide direction readings with excellent accuracy typically within 2 degrees. This is ideal for use in robots to give direction instructions, as well as in weather stations to give wind direction readings, etc. The unit requires on minimal power and full installation instructions are available in the datasheet link below.
