Description
The IRF730 MOSFET is a
high voltage, N-channel medium power MOSFET used in switching voltage regulators and power converter circuits.
The IRF730 transistor has a high power rating of 100W, with a maximum drain current of 5.5A. The device
has a high maximum drain-source voltage of up to 400V.
This MOSFET is housed in a standard through-hole TO-220 package for easy mounting and good heat dissipation.
An aluminium heatsink can be fitted directly to the transistor as required.
