Photograph
Product Details
The MAX663 is a fixed +5V regulator or adjustable positive regulator
between 1.3V to 16V, set by two external resistors. The output is suitable
for currents up to 40mA and current limiting protection is included on the chip.
The MAX663 is a direct replacement for the ICL7663 device and does not
require external resistors for a fixed 5V output.
Features
- Dual Mode Operation: Fixed +5V or Adjustable from +1.3V to +16V
- Low Power CMOS: 12µA MAX Quiescent Current
- 40mA Output Current, with Current Limiting
- Pin-Compatible Upgrade of ICL7663
- +2V to +16.5V Operating Range
- No Output Over-Shoot on Power Up
