6 WR/RDY-Write Control Input/Ready Status Output*
7 MODE-Mode Selection Input is internally pulled low with a 15 µA current source
8 RD-Read Input must be low to access data.*
9 INT-Interrupt Output goes low to indicate end of conversion.*

11 VREF- -Lower limit of reference span. Sets the zero-code voltage.
